A return for the item must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Your return request will be responded within 1-2 business days. Please note that the return shipment must be dispatched within 14 calendar days after you receive return address and instruction.
The item should be unworn in its original condition and accompanied by all cards, boxes and original packaging.
If the item is requested to be modified, personalised or customised in any way before the item was shipped, this item is not eligible for return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
