Shipping & Payment Info

We do provide free shipping, as well as loss and damage insurance, to almost all destinations worldwide unless they are outside FedEx service areas. 

Except bespoke orders, we will dispatch items within 3 working days of order confirmation. Shipping time may be affected by pandemic situation but we assure you that the shipping option we provide you is the fastest one at the time you place your order.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. (The HS Code for most of our items are typically 7113.19. Please contact the local customs agencies to verify the import charges.) These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out.

Prior to submitting an international purchase, please be advised that customs duties and taxes that do apply are your responsibility. If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase is scheduled. You will also be required to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

Although we do not have control over customs delays and are not involved in the determination or collection of these fees, if you have any questions about customs, feel free to contact us.

Payment Processing

While we are having online payment processing set up, please bear with offline payment method through bank transfer to our designated bank accounts.

If preferred, we can also process American Express card payment by phone. Simply let us know the phone number you would like us to call you on and the time that is convenient for you by email. We are available from 10AM-10PM (GMT+7) Mon-Sat.
